Traditionally the gimlet cocktail is made using a premium London Dry Gin to create a refreshing summer pre-dinner drink.
Squeeze the juice of 3 limes over ice into a jug
Add 4 1/3 ounces of quality lime cordial
Add 8 ounces of gin
To turn this into a long drink just add 4 ounces of tonic water
Mix well and serve
